I just wanted to say how happy I have been with the service you provide me. Being a repeat customer it is important to receive continuity which will always bring me back. I would like to see some benefit for the returning customer I know that the points system didn't appear to work but I would like to see something like that again. For me personally I would also prefer the option on the website to buy full spools instead of metres as metres are more expensive. My new website will be live in a couple of weeks and you will be able to see your ribbons on it ! If you fancy placing an order let me know.
